The resort is part of the Four Seasons brand, which emphasizes genuine hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. Working in Bahamas

The Bahamas offers opportunities in luxury resorts, hotels, restaurants, tourism, marine recreation, retail, construction, healthcare, and professional services. Hospitality is central to the economy, and resorts such as those on Paradise Island often recruit international staff for seasonal and permanent roles. Bahamian culture blends African, Caribbean, and British influences, with friendly community life, music, seafood, festivals, and strong ties to the ocean. Lifestyle is relaxed and outdoor-focused, although housing and everyday costs—especially on New Providence and Paradise Island—can be high. Foreign workers generally need an employer-supported work permit before starting employment; requirements may include qualifications, police records, medical checks, and government approval. Candidates should confirm sponsorship, accommodation, transport, insurance, salary deductions, and contract terms before relocating. Nassau is the main commercial hub, while other islands offer quieter communities and fewer employment options.
