The intern will support integrated marketing campaigns and create engaging content for SATS across digital and offline channels. Typical responsibilities include developing social media posts, articles, videos, presentations and campaign materials; assisting with content calendars, research, event support and performance reporting; and coordinating with internal teams or external partners. Candidates are generally expected to be pursuing a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, media, journalism or a related discipline. Strong writing, editing, storytelling and visual communication skills are important, along with familiarity with social media platforms and basic design or video-editing tools. The role suits a creative, organised and proactive self-starter who can manage deadlines, collaborate effectively and show an interest in aviation, food solutions and customer-focused brands.
SATS Ltd is a Singapore-based provider of aviation services and food solutions with operations across Asia and other international markets. The company supports airports, airlines and food businesses through services such as ground handling, passenger services, air cargo handling, inflight catering, food manufacturing and logistics. SATS is known for connecting people, businesses and communities through its aviation and food ecosystems, while placing emphasis on service quality, safety, innovation and sustainability. Its Singapore operations are closely linked to Changi Airport, but the wider group serves customers across multiple countries. An internship at SATS can provide exposure to a large, multicultural organisation and to marketing work connected with aviation, hospitality, food services and business-to-business communications.
Singapore is a compact, safe and highly connected island city with opportunities in aviation, logistics, technology, finance, hospitality, food services, healthcare and media. Its multicultural society blends Chinese, Malay, Indian and international influences, reflected in festivals, neighbourhoods and excellent hawker food. The lifestyle is convenient, urban and generally fast-paced, with efficient public transport, modern shopping areas, parks and easy access to beaches and nearby islands. English is widely used at work. Foreign interns and employees normally need the appropriate work pass, arranged with support from the employer; eligibility depends on nationality, programme and salary. Common passes include the Training Employment Pass and eligible student training arrangements. Living costs, especially rent, can be high, so shared accommodation is common. New arrivals should budget for transport, meals, insurance and deposits, and check current immigration requirements before relocating.
