Job Description

This internship supports OCBC's Global Consumer Financial Services team across card payments, personal loans, portfolio management, EC loans and education loans. Typical responsibilities may include market and portfolio analysis, preparing reports, monitoring product performance, assisting with customer or campaign insights, and supporting business improvement projects. Candidates are generally expected to be pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics or a related discipline, with strong numerical, analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools is useful; knowledge of SQL or data visualisation may be an advantage. The successful candidate should be organised, curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.
