Job Description

The Area Manager is expected to lead and develop a field-based pharmaceutical sales team in Singapore, supporting the achievement of sales, customer engagement and business objectives. Typical requirements include relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or specialty sales, proven people-management ability, commercial understanding and familiarity with the local healthcare environment. The successful candidate should be able to coach representatives, analyze territory performance, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, implement effective business plans, and work collaboratively with medical, market access and marketing teams. Strong communication, leadership, planning and execution skills are essential. A university degree and experience managing a sales territory or team are generally expected.
