Job Description

The Mechanic (Gas Technician) is responsible for installing, inspecting, servicing and repairing gas systems, kitchen equipment and related mechanical plant across the resort. Candidates should have relevant trade qualifications or proven experience in gas fitting, mechanical maintenance or a similar field, along with strong knowledge of safety procedures and local regulations. The role requires practical troubleshooting skills, careful record keeping and the ability to respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests. The successful candidate is expected to work safely, support resort operations, maintain professional standards and cooperate with engineering, kitchen and other departments. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and emergency call-outs may be required.
