This role leads functional business analysis for compliance workflow solutions within UOB’s Group Technology and Operations division. The candidate is expected to gather and translate regulatory and business requirements into practical technology solutions, define process improvements, prepare functional specifications, manage stakeholders, and support testing, implementation, and post-launch enhancements. Strong experience in business analysis, compliance processes, workflow or case-management platforms, and banking operations is likely required. The successful candidate should understand risk and regulatory controls, communicate effectively with technology and business teams, manage complex projects, and provide leadership across multiple initiatives. Experience in financial services, Agile delivery, process modelling, and stakeholder management would be advantageous.
