The Manager will lead UOB’s Wholesale Loan Operations Center, overseeing the end-to-end processing and administration of corporate and institutional loans. Responsibilities typically include managing loan servicing, documentation, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, agency activities, reconciliations, controls, service quality and operational risk. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in banking, finance, business or a related discipline, with substantial experience in wholesale lending or loan operations and team management. Strong knowledge of syndicated loans, credit documentation, operational controls and regulatory requirements is preferred. The role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, process-improvement skills and the ability to work effectively with relationship managers, credit teams, legal advisers, agents and external clients.
