Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing DHL’s strategic customer relationships, protecting and expanding existing business, and delivering strong customer satisfaction. Requirements typically include a degree or equivalent experience, several years in key account management, logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales, and a proven record of meeting commercial targets. The candidate should understand supply-chain solutions, be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English.
