Job Description

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of core banking technology initiatives within UOB’s Group Business Technology function. The role typically requires a degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, together with substantial experience managing complex banking technology projects, system implementations, vendors, budgets, risks, and delivery schedules. Knowledge of core banking platforms, integration, application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory expectations is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to provide strong technical and stakeholder leadership, manage delivery from planning through implementation, resolve issues decisively, maintain governance and documentation, and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
