Job Description

The First Vice President, Customer Growth Strategy role is expected to develop and execute strategies that increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention and overall value across UOB’s businesses. Requirements typically include a degree in business, marketing, finance or a related discipline, with substantial experience in customer strategy, growth marketing, digital banking, consulting or product management.
