Job Description

The EY-Parthenon Director – Financial Diligence leads financial due diligence engagements supporting acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and other strategic transactions. Requirements typically include a degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline, with extensive experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, corporate finance or investment banking. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to manage senior client relationships, direct complex analyses, review quality of deliverables, identify transaction risks and value drivers, and coach high-performing teams. Strong commercial judgment, communication, project leadership and business development skills are essential, together with the ability to work across industries and under demanding deadlines.
