Job Description

The Manager will lead regulatory compliance and reporting engagements for financial services clients, helping them interpret regulations, strengthen controls, improve reporting processes and manage regulatory change. Requirements typically include a degree in finance, accounting, business, law or a related discipline, with several years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, financial reporting or consulting. Familiarity with Singapore and regional regulations, regulatory reporting frameworks, data analysis and process improvement is valuable. The candidate should demonstrate strong project management, communication and report-writing skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage teams and senior client stakeholders. Experience in banking, insurance, asset management or professional services, together with relevant certifications, would be advantageous.
