Job Description

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead at Senior Associate or Manager level for its Singapore consulting practice. The role typically requires strong experience designing, configuring, developing and integrating ServiceNow solutions, with knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related modules. Candidates should be comfortable with scripting, workflows, APIs, platform architecture, data migration, testing and technical documentation. Relevant ServiceNow certifications, implementation experience and an understanding of enterprise technology environments are highly desirable. The successful candidate will lead technical workstreams, manage delivery risks, advise clients, support proposals and collaborate with functional consultants, developers and project managers. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and mentoring skills are expected, together with the ability to deliver quality work in a consulting environment.
