Job Description

This senior role leads the delivery and governance of artificial intelligence initiatives within OCBC’s Digital Finance function. Requirements typically include a degree in technology, finance, business, or a related discipline; substantial experience delivering AI, data, or digital transformation programmes; and strong knowledge of AI risk, model governance, regulatory expectations, cybersecurity, and responsible-use principles. The successful candidate should be able to set strategy, manage complex portfolios, establish governance frameworks, work with technology and business stakeholders, and translate technical opportunities into measurable financial and customer outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and experience in a regulated financial institution are expected.
