Job Description

The Manager, Property Management is expected to oversee SATS facilities, leased premises and property-related operations in Singapore. Responsibilities may include managing landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers; coordinating maintenance, repairs, renovations, space planning and compliance; monitoring budgets, contracts and service standards; and supporting the efficient use of company properties. Candidates should typically have a diploma or degree in property, facilities, real estate, engineering, business or a related discipline, together with several years of relevant management experience. Strong vendor-management, budgeting, negotiation, communication and project-coordination skills are expected. Knowledge of workplace safety, building regulations and facilities systems would be advantageous.
