Job Description

The Mixologist at Long Bar, Raffles Singapore, prepares and serves cocktails and other beverages to luxury-hotel standards, while delivering warm, knowledgeable and attentive guest service. Candidates should have relevant bartending experience, strong knowledge of spirits, classic and contemporary cocktails, bar equipment and responsible alcohol service. Experience in a luxury hotel, cocktail bar or high-volume hospitality environment is preferred. The role requires excellent communication, grooming and teamwork, along with the ability to remain composed during busy service periods. The successful candidate is expected to maintain cleanliness, follow recipes and operational procedures, support stock control, create memorable guest experiences and uphold Raffles’ refined service standards.
