Job Description

The Executive Secretary supports the General Manager and hotel leadership team with diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination, document preparation, presentations, minutes, reporting and confidential administrative duties. Candidates should have previous experience in secretarial, executive assistance or hotel administration, strong organisational skills and excellent written and spoken English. Professional communication, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel operations is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be proactive, well presented, dependable and able to work independently while maintaining positive relationships with guests, colleagues and business partners.
