Job Description

The Total Rewards Advisor supports compensation, benefits and broader employee rewards programs across the organisation. Requirements typically include experience in remuneration, benefits, HR advisory or compensation analysis; strong numerical and analytical skills; knowledge of Australian employment practices; and confidence working with HR systems, salary data and reporting. The successful candidate is expected to provide accurate advice, maintain confidentiality, interpret market data, support salary reviews, and help ensure rewards programs are competitive, equitable and compliant.
