Job Description

Accenture is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Integration and Reporting Lead/Functional Designer in Singapore. The role typically requires strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, HR technology integrations, reporting and data design, including requirements gathering, solution definition, interface mapping, testing and production support. Candidates should understand SuccessFactors modules, integration tools such as Integration Center or SAP Cloud Integration, and reporting solutions such as Story Reports or Canvas Reports. Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation and consulting skills are expected, along with the ability to lead teams and work across business and technical functions. Relevant SAP certifications and experience delivering transformation projects for large organizations would be advantageous.
