The HR Shared Services Practitioner supports employees and managers with day-to-day HR enquiries, including employee records, payroll-related questions, benefits, onboarding, transfers and policy guidance. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, along with relevant HR operations or shared-services experience. Strong communication, customer-service and case-management skills are important, as is comfort working with HR systems and handling confidential information.
