Job Description

Part-Time Tutors in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies support undergraduate teaching through tutorials, seminars, consultations, and assessment-related activities. Candidates should have relevant academic qualifications in linguistics, multilingual studies, language education, or a closely related discipline; strong subject knowledge; and excellent spoken and written English. Experience teaching, tutoring, facilitating discussions, or working with students is desirable. The role requires preparation of engaging lessons, clear explanation of concepts, fair and timely feedback, reliable attendance, and effective communication with course instructors and students. Candidates are expected to work independently, maintain professional standards, and contribute positively to an inclusive learning environment.
