Research Fellow (High Frequency Active Circuit Design)

Job Description

The Research Fellow will conduct advanced research in high-frequency active circuit design, likely supporting projects involving RF, microwave, millimetre-wave or integrated circuits. Candidates are generally expected to hold a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics or a closely related discipline, with strong knowledge of analog/RF circuit design, semiconductor devices and circuit simulation. Experience with tools such as Cadence, ADS, HFSS or equivalent, together with research publications and laboratory testing skills, is advantageous. The candidate should be capable of designing, fabricating, characterising and documenting circuits, analysing results, preparing technical reports and publishing research findings. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary university research environment are also expected.
