Part Time Lecturer

Job Description

The Part-Time Lecturer is expected to teach assigned courses, prepare lectures and learning materials, conduct tutorials or consultations, assess student work, and contribute to a positive learning environment. Candidates should have strong academic or professional expertise in the relevant discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners. A relevant postgraduate qualification and prior teaching, training, or industry experience are typically preferred. Reliability, sound judgment, good organisation, and familiarity with digital learning tools are also important. The lecturer must meet agreed teaching schedules, follow university academic policies, provide timely feedback, and maintain professional standards in interactions with students and colleagues.
