Research Fellow (2D Ferroelectric Materials and Devices)

Job Description

The Research Fellow will conduct advanced research on two-dimensional ferroelectric materials and related electronic or optoelectronic devices. Requirements typically include a PhD in materials science, physics, electrical engineering, or a closely related field; experience with 2D materials, thin-film growth, nanofabrication, device processing, and materials characterization is highly desirable. The candidate is expected to plan and perform experiments independently, analyse and interpret results, prepare research papers and reports, present findings, collaborate with researchers, and support grant-funded project objectives. Strong analytical, communication, publication, and teamwork skills are important. Experience with ferroelectricity, semiconductor devices, cleanroom processes, microscopy, spectroscopy, or electrical measurements would be advantageous.
