Job Description

This role supports semiconductor fabrication and heterogeneous integrated photonics research at NTU. Requirements typically include a degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, photonics, semiconductor engineering, or a related discipline, together with practical experience in cleanroom processing, lithography, deposition, etching, wafer fabrication, or device characterization. Familiarity with photonic integrated circuits, process development, laboratory safety, and technical data analysis is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to operate and maintain fabrication equipment, develop and optimize processes, conduct experiments, analyze results, prepare technical reports, and work effectively with researchers and industry partners.
