The Research Fellow (Human Factors) will support research projects examining how people interact with technologies, systems, or work environments. Requirements typically include a PhD in human factors, ergonomics, psychology, cognitive science, engineering, or a related discipline; strong research, experimental design, data analysis, and academic writing skills; and experience with human-subject studies or relevant analytical tools. The successful candidate is expected to work independently and collaboratively, manage research activities, publish findings, contribute to grant or project reporting, and communicate results to academic and industry partners. Experience in human-computer interaction, usability testing, safety research, or applied cognition is advantageous.
