Research Fellow (Integrated SNSPD Detectors)

Job Description

The Research Fellow will conduct research on integrated superconducting nanowire single-photon detector (SNSPD) technologies, including device design, fabrication, characterization, data analysis and publication of results. Requirements typically include a PhD in physics, electrical engineering, photonics, materials science or a related discipline, together with experience in quantum optics, superconducting devices, nanofabrication, cryogenic measurements or integrated photonics. The successful candidate is expected to work independently and collaboratively, manage experiments, prepare technical reports and papers, present findings, and contribute to research proposals. Strong analytical, programming and communication skills are advantageous.
