Job Description

The role supports research and development for maritime drone operations, focusing on structural design and finite element analysis. Candidates should hold a degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, marine or a related engineering discipline, with practical experience in structural mechanics, FEA software and engineering analysis. Knowledge of CAD, simulation validation, materials, testing and technical reporting is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to work independently and collaboratively, interpret research requirements, develop reliable engineering models, document findings clearly and contribute to prototypes, experiments and technical publications. Experience with programming, hydrodynamics or unmanned systems would be useful, along with strong communication, problem-solving and project-management skills.
