Research Fellow (Analog in-memory computing macros)

Job Description

The Research Fellow will conduct advanced research on analog in-memory computing macros, likely involving circuit design, semiconductor devices, memory technologies, simulation, fabrication support, and laboratory testing. Candidates are generally expected to hold a PhD in electrical and electronic engineering, computer engineering, microelectronics, or a closely related field. Experience with analog or mixed-signal integrated-circuit design, CMOS technology, memory circuits, in-memory computing, semiconductor measurements, and tools such as Cadence, SPICE, or MATLAB is highly relevant. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals, contribute to research proposals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate findings effectively.
