The Assistant Director, Major Gifts will support and grow NTU’s fundraising programme by identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major donors, alumni, foundations and corporate partners. Requirements typically include a degree, several years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, philanthropy or a related field, and strong written, presentation and relationship-management skills. Experience securing significant gifts, managing donor portfolios and working with senior stakeholders is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to be strategic, discreet, target-driven and comfortable engaging senior executives and high-net-worth individuals. Knowledge of Singapore’s philanthropic landscape and excellent English communication skills would be advantageous.
