Job Description

The role manages syndicated loan administration, credit documentation, facility setup, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, fee processing and ongoing control activities. Candidates should have relevant banking experience in loan operations, credit administration or syndicated lending, with a good understanding of loan agreements, operational risk and regulatory controls. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and knowledge of banking systems are expected. The successful candidate should coordinate effectively with relationship managers, lenders, borrowers, agents, legal advisers and internal control teams. Experience leading processes, improving operational efficiency, resolving exceptions and supervising staff would be advantageous. Professional communication, sound judgment and the ability to meet deadlines in a highly controlled environment are essential.
