This role leads the development, management and growth of UOB’s CreditSure Plus and general insurance products, while building strategic partnerships with insurers and other business stakeholders. Requirements typically include a degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing or a related discipline, with several years of experience in insurance product management, bancassurance, partnerships or financial services. Candidates should understand insurance regulations, product governance, customer needs, pricing and distribution channels. The role expects strong commercial judgment, project management, negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work across risk, compliance, technology, operations and sales teams. Experience launching products, improving customer propositions and delivering revenue or portfolio growth would be advantageous.
