Its headquarters in Singapore support a broad range of regional technology, operations, finance and compliance functions, making it a significant employer for experienced banking and financial-services professionals.

Destination Guide

Singapore is a compact, highly connected island city-state and a leading regional hub for banking, technology, logistics, healthcare and professional services. Job opportunities are especially strong in finance, compliance, risk, data, cybersecurity, digital banking and regional headquarters functions. The culture is multicultural, efficient and generally business-oriented, with English widely used at work. Lifestyle is convenient, safe and international, offering excellent public transport, diverse food, shopping and outdoor attractions, although housing and childcare can be expensive. Foreign professionals normally need an Employment Pass, which is sponsored by the employer and subject to qualifying salary and government criteria; senior roles may also support relocation benefits. Candidates should arrange housing, healthcare coverage, banking and tax matters before moving. Singapore’s warm, humid climate and limited space are important lifestyle considerations, but its strong infrastructure makes it an attractive base for regional careers.
