Job Description

The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead is responsible for leading the implementation and management of the SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. Candidates should have extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Compensation and Variable Pay, and a strong understanding of HR processes. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to lead a team, and strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
