The In Room Dining Manager oversees all room-service operations, ensuring prompt, accurate and personalised delivery of food and beverages to guests. Requirements typically include previous supervisory or managerial experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent English and preferably Spanish or another European language. The successful candidate should be organised, guest-focused and confident leading a team, managing service standards, coordinating with the kitchen and front office, controlling costs and handling guest feedback. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience with hotel point-of-sale systems, training staff and maintaining hygiene and luxury-service standards would be advantageous.

Usual for the Balearic Islands, varies by employer. Checked November 2026.
Senior staff often get more than line staff, for example a single room or a yearly home flight. Ask the employer what the job includes before you accept.
How it works: Local-first test (hotel jobs are not on the shortage list), or a seasonal permit that comes with employer housing.
Never pay anyone for a visa or a job offer. A real employer pays the permit costs and never asks you for money.
Official source: Spanish Ministry of Inclusion: residence and work permit for employees. Checked November 2026.
