The Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor oversees daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars and guest experiences, ensuring warm, efficient and consistent service. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of guest service standards. Fluency in English is generally expected; Spanish and other languages are valuable. The role requires leadership, organisation, attention to detail and the flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will coach the team, coordinate service, resolve guest concerns, support revenue goals and help create memorable experiences in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is an international luxury hospitality company known for highly personalised service, elegant properties and strong attention to detail. Employment conditions, benefits and seasonality can vary by position and local contract terms.
Usual for the Balearic Islands, varies by employer. Checked November 2026.
Senior staff often get more than line staff, for example a single room or a yearly home flight. Ask the employer what the job includes before you accept.
How it works: Local-first test (hotel jobs are not on the shortage list), or a seasonal permit that comes with employer housing.
Never pay anyone for a visa or a job offer. A real employer pays the permit costs and never asks you for money.
Official source: Spanish Ministry of Inclusion: residence and work permit for employees. Checked November 2026.
