Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field; several years of hotel marketing experience; strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, public relations, brand standards, and revenue-focused campaigns; and excellent written and verbal English. Novotel is Accor’s internationally recognised midscale hotel brand, offering practical, comfortable accommodation for business and leisure travellers. Its hotels typically combine modern rooms, flexible meeting facilities, restaurants, bars, fitness amenities, and welcoming service in convenient city and resort locations. Novotel Dubai Gold District is part of Accor’s growing presence in the United Arab Emirates and serves guests visiting Dubai for commerce, tourism, events, and extended stays. Accor is one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, operating a broad portfolio of hotel brands across multiple market segments and countries. The group places emphasis on guest experience, responsible hospitality, employee development, inclusion, and consistent brand standards. A cluster marketing role within Accor generally involves collaboration across properties, regional teams, commercial departments, media contacts, and local tourism and business partners.
The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but Dubai offers a highly international lifestyle with beaches, desert excursions, shopping, dining, cultural attractions, and year-round events. Hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, events, finance, technology, and construction provide strong employment opportunities, particularly for candidates with international experience. The culture combines modern cosmopolitan life with Emirati and wider Arab traditions; modest dress and respect for local customs are expected in public and workplaces. Summers are extremely hot, while winter is generally pleasant. Employers normally sponsor work visas, residence permits, medical checks, and Emirates ID applications after hiring. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, transport, insurance, flights, and relocation support are included. Dubai has excellent infrastructure and public transport, though housing and schooling can be expensive. A signed offer and employer-sponsored visa are required before starting work legally.
