The property operates under the Rixos brand, part of Accor, and combines all-inclusive resort experiences with leisure, dining, entertainment, wellness and family activities. Its setting includes coastal views, private beach areas and access to the natural landscapes of Ras Al Khaimah. As an international resort, it employs colleagues across hotel operations, food and beverage, guest services, recreation, sales, finance, engineering and human resources. The hotel places emphasis on guest satisfaction, team development, cultural diversity and consistent service standards. Employees may benefit from the structured systems and career opportunities associated with Accor, while working in a busy resort environment that serves both international visitors and regional holidaymakers.

Working in United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it offers strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, retail, aviation, finance, construction, technology and healthcare. Ras Al Khaimah is generally quieter and more relaxed than Dubai, with beaches, mountains, desert activities and a growing resort sector. The culture is multicultural, while Islamic traditions influence dress, public behavior and religious holidays; respectful conduct is important. The lifestyle is modern and generally safe, although summers are extremely hot. Employers usually arrange a work permit and residence visa after hiring, with medical checks and Emirates ID registration required. Many hotel positions include accommodation, meals, transport, health insurance and annual leave, but candidates should confirm the package in writing. New arrivals should budget for deposits, personal expenses and possible relocation costs. English is widely used in workplaces, while Arabic is the official language.
