The Telephone Operator is responsible for answering and directing hotel calls, handling guest requests, transferring calls accurately, and maintaining professional communication at all times. The role requires strong spoken Arabic and English, a polite telephone manner, good listening skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain calm in a busy hotel environment. Previous experience in a hotel switchboard, telephone operator, guest services, or front-office role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide efficient, courteous service, protect guest confidentiality, record messages accurately, coordinate with hotel departments, and follow Rixos and Accor service standards. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
