The Manager TMC Partnerships role focuses on developing and managing relationships with travel management companies and corporate travel partners on behalf of Emirates. Candidates are expected to have experience in airline sales, corporate travel, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial field, together with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. The role requires commercial awareness, an understanding of travel distribution, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to use performance data to identify growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver partnership plans, increase revenue and market share, resolve commercial issues, and represent Emirates professionally across the United Arab Emirates and relevant international markets.
Emirates is the international airline of the Emirates Group and one of the world's best-known aviation brands. Headquartered in Dubai, it operates an extensive passenger and cargo network linking the Middle East with Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Australasia through Dubai International Airport. The airline is recognized for its wide-body fleet, including Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft, as well as its focus on service, technology, and global connectivity. Emirates employs people from many nationalities across flight operations, airport services, engineering, commercial teams, technology, and corporate functions. Its Dubai-based roles typically offer an international working environment, structured career development, and benefits associated with a major aviation employer. Business performance, customer experience, operational reliability, and responsible growth remain central to the company's long-term strategy.
The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it is a popular relocation destination with major opportunities in aviation, tourism, logistics, finance, technology, retail, and professional services. Dubai and Abu Dhabi offer the largest employment markets, while Sharjah and other emirates can provide more affordable living. The culture is multicultural and generally welcoming, although local Islamic customs, modest public behavior, and laws regarding alcohol and conduct should be respected. Lifestyle options range from beaches, desert activities, and shopping to international restaurants and a lively arts scene. Summers are extremely hot, while winters are warm and comfortable. Most expatriate employees receive an employer-sponsored residence visa, work permit, medical insurance, and sometimes housing or travel benefits. Dependants can usually be sponsored after residency is established. Before relocating, candidates should confirm contract terms, accommodation costs, school fees, health coverage, and document-attestation requirements.
