Its portfolio includes the Shangri-La, Kerry Hotels, JEN by Shangri-La and Traders brands. The group is known for Asian-inspired hospitality, strong service standards and premium properties in major cities and resort destinations. Shangri-La employs people across hotel operations, food and beverage, sales, marketing, finance, technology and corporate functions. Its digital teams support customer engagement, direct booking growth, loyalty, e-commerce and brand performance across multiple markets. Working in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a highly connected international city and a major centre for finance, tourism, retail, technology and regional headquarters, creating opportunities in hospitality, digital marketing, e-commerce, finance and professional services. The culture blends Cantonese traditions with global influences, and English is widely used in business. Life is energetic, convenient and urban, with excellent public transport, diverse restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and nearby beaches. Housing can be expensive, especially in central districts, while areas such as Kowloon and the New Territories may offer better value. Overseas professionals generally need an employment visa sponsored by a Hong Kong employer, with approval depending on qualifications, experience and a confirmed role. Employers may assist with visa applications, relocation and housing guidance. New arrivals should arrange accommodation, healthcare coverage and a local bank account after securing employment.
