The company’s hotel teams focus on clean, comfortable accommodation, friendly service and efficient daily operations. Australia offers strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, cleaning, healthcare, construction, trades, technology and agriculture. Melbourne is multicultural, artistic and sports-focused, with excellent public transport, varied dining and a generally relaxed lifestyle, although housing and living costs can be high. Workers usually need a visa with appropriate work rights, such as a Working Holiday visa, skilled visa, employer-sponsored visa or student visa with work limits. Check current requirements through the Australian Department of Home Affairs before travelling. Relocating usually involves arranging accommodation, a tax file number, Australian bank account, mobile service and health insurance. Employees are protected by minimum employment standards, award wages and workplace safety laws. Australia is geographically large, so travel between cities can be expensive, but Melbourne’s surrounding coast, national parks and cultural attractions are accessible by public transport or car.
