The Engineering Coordinator supports the property’s engineering and maintenance operation by coordinating work orders, preventive-maintenance schedules, contractor visits, supplies, records and departmental communication. Candidates should have strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer literacy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize requests in a busy luxury-hospitality environment. Previous experience in hotel engineering, facilities administration or a similar coordination role is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to communicate professionally with guests, colleagues and vendors, maintain accurate documentation, follow health and safety procedures, respond reliably to urgent issues and support the engineering team in keeping hotel facilities safe, efficient and well maintained.
