The Senior Anaplan Consultant will help clients design, build, test, and implement Anaplan planning and performance-management solutions. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field; several years of consulting or planning-systems experience; strong knowledge of Anaplan model building, modules, lists, actions, dashboards, and data integration; and good English communication skills. Experience with finance, supply-chain, workforce, or sales planning is valuable. The candidate is expected to work with international teams, understand business requirements, translate them into scalable models, manage deliverables, support testing and deployment, and coach junior consultants. EY also expects adaptability, analytical thinking, client focus, and willingness to work across changing project priorities.
EY, or Ernst & Young, is a global professional-services organization providing assurance, consulting, strategy and transactions, and tax services. Its teams support companies, governments, and institutions with business transformation, technology modernization, risk management, financial reporting, and operational improvement. EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines forms part of the firm’s international delivery network, providing technology, analytics, finance, consulting, and other specialist services to EY member firms and clients worldwide. The Philippines operation has a significant presence in Metro Manila and offers professionals opportunities to work on multinational projects, use enterprise platforms such as Anaplan, and collaborate with colleagues across different countries. Employment commonly includes structured learning, professional development, health-related benefits, and exposure to large transformation programs, although specific terms vary by position, experience, and business unit.
The Philippines offers strong opportunities in IT consulting, software, business-process services, finance, healthcare, engineering, tourism, and shared-service operations, with Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao as major employment centers. Filipino culture is generally welcoming, family-oriented, English-friendly, and influenced by Asian, Spanish, and American traditions. Lifestyle ranges from busy urban living in Manila to more relaxed coastal and provincial communities, with relatively affordable food, transport, and housing outside prime business districts. Foreign professionals usually need an appropriate work visa or permit sponsored or supported by an employer; requirements depend on nationality, contract, and role. A common route is an employer-assisted work permit and employment visa, while short-term visitors cannot legally work. Relocating employees should budget for deposits, commuting, insurance, and tropical-weather considerations, and verify current immigration rules before arrival.
