The All Age Continuing Care Business Co-Ordinator supports the administration and coordination of continuing healthcare services for children, young people and adults. Responsibilities are likely to include maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and assessments, monitoring activity, preparing reports, responding to enquiries and supporting communication between clinicians, commissioners, patients, families and external organisations. Candidates should have strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in NHS, social care or another complex administrative environment is advantageous. The successful applicant is expected to work confidentially, communicate sensitively, meet deadlines, follow information-governance procedures and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health, learning disability, community and specialist healthcare services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The Trust works with hospitals, community teams, social care providers, primary care organisations and voluntary-sector partners to deliver integrated support close to people's homes. Its services cover children, young people, working-age adults and older people, with a focus on recovery, independence, prevention and personalised care. The organisation employs a broad workforce including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, psychologists, social workers, administrators and corporate specialists. Staff are expected to demonstrate compassion, respect, inclusion and commitment to safe, high-quality care. This role supports the operational coordination of All Age Continuing Care services within that wider NHS partnership environment.
The United Kingdom offers opportunities in healthcare, social care, technology, engineering, education, finance, logistics and public services, with strong demand for qualified NHS and care workers. Its culture is diverse and generally polite, with a balance of historic traditions, international communities, music, sport and arts. Lifestyle varies from busy cities to quieter coastal and rural areas; public transport is strongest in major urban centres. Living costs are highest in London and parts of southern England, while Hampshire remains well connected but can be expensive. Visa requirements depend on nationality and role. Overseas healthcare professionals may need professional registration, English-language evidence and a Skilled Worker visa, usually sponsored by an approved employer. Applicants should check current UK government rules, salary thresholds, healthcare surcharges and NHS recruitment guidance before relocating. Renting, banking, tax registration and access to healthcare should also be arranged after arrival.
