Experience with simulation equipment, curriculum development or educational research would be advantageous.
Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is an NHS provider serving communities across Staffordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and surrounding areas. The Trust delivers a broad range of services, including mental health care, community healthcare, learning disability services, children’s services, primary care and specialist support. It employs a large multidisciplinary workforce and works closely with universities, local authorities, patients and partner organisations. Through its medical education and professional development programmes, the Trust supports students, trainees and experienced staff to build clinical, teaching and leadership skills. Its simulation-based education work promotes safe practice, effective teamwork, communication and patient-centred care. The organisation offers opportunities across hospital, community and mental health settings, with NHS benefits generally including pension membership, annual leave, occupational health support and access to learning and development.
The United Kingdom offers wide opportunities in healthcare, education, technology, engineering, finance and public services, with NHS roles available across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. British culture is diverse and generally values punctuality, privacy, fairness and clear professional communication. Lifestyle varies from busy cities to quieter rural communities, with strong public transport in many areas, although housing can be expensive near major urban centres. International applicants should check whether their occupation qualifies for a Skilled Worker visa and confirm sponsorship with the employer. Healthcare professionals may also need registration with the relevant UK regulator, such as the GMC, NMC or HCPC. Relocation usually involves securing an offer, obtaining immigration permission, arranging accommodation, budgeting for deposits and transport, and understanding tax, healthcare and employment rights. The UK’s climate is changeable, and regional living costs differ substantially.
