Working in United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah offers a resort-focused lifestyle surrounded by beaches, marinas, and major attractions. Hospitality creates many opportunities in housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, engineering, wellness, events, and luxury retail. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international community; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected in public and religious settings. Dubai’s lifestyle is modern and active, with shopping, dining, beaches, desert excursions, and excellent public transport, though summer temperatures are extremely high. Employers normally sponsor work visas for overseas recruits and arrange medical testing, Emirates ID processing, and residency formalities. Confirm whether accommodation, meals, transport, flights, insurance, and gratuity are included before accepting an offer. Bring certified documents and budget for deposits and initial expenses.
