About the employer

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust provides hospital and community healthcare services across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas. Its main hospitals include Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital, supported by additional community services and outpatient facilities. The Trust delivers a broad range of services, including emergency care, medicine, surgery, maternity, paediatrics, diagnostics and specialist treatment. As an NHS foundation trust, it combines public accountability with a focus on improving local healthcare, patient safety and clinical outcomes. Staff work in multidisciplinary teams and are encouraged to take part in education, research, quality improvement and professional development. Working in United Kingdom

The United Kingdom offers strong opportunities for pharmacists, nurses, doctors, technology professionals, engineers and other skilled workers, particularly within the NHS and life sciences sector. Its culture combines historic traditions with diverse, multicultural cities and a generally professional, inclusive workplace environment. Lifestyle choices range from busy urban centres to quieter countryside and coastal communities. Public healthcare is provided through the NHS, while living costs vary considerably, with London and parts of southeast England being especially expensive. International pharmacists normally need General Pharmaceutical Council registration and may require a Skilled Worker visa, usually supported by an eligible employer such as an NHS Trust. Applicants should check sponsorship eligibility, qualification recognition, English-language requirements and immigration rules before relocating. Renting, transportation and initial settlement costs should be planned carefully, and local registration, banking and tax arrangements will be needed after arrival.
