The Stores Guest Service Agent supports the resort’s receiving and stores operation by accepting deliveries, checking quantities and quality, recording inventory, rotating stock, and issuing supplies to departments. Requirements generally include previous experience in stores, warehousing, inventory control, or hotel operations; basic computer and stock-recording skills; good numeracy; attention to detail; and the ability to lift and move goods safely. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, organised, physically fit, honest, guest-service oriented, and comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. About the employer

Sheraton Resort & Spa Tokoriki Island Fiji is a premium Marriott International resort located on Tokoriki Island in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands. The resort offers beachfront accommodation, restaurants and bars, spa services, water activities, cultural experiences, and event facilities for leisure and group guests. As part of the Sheraton and Marriott family, it operates within an international hospitality network with established service standards, training resources, and career opportunities. The resort’s remote location means many employees work closely across departments and contribute to a relaxed, personalised guest experience. Team members commonly receive benefits such as staff meals, accommodation or housing support, uniforms, and access to resort facilities, although exact terms depend on the employment contract. The workplace suits people who enjoy island living, multicultural teams, and the operational demands of a full-service resort.

Working in Fiji

Fiji offers employment opportunities in resorts, hotels, restaurants, tourism, marine activities, construction, healthcare, education, and business services. Resort work is especially common on islands such as Tokoriki, Denarau, Viti Levu, and Vanua Levu. Fijian culture is welcoming and community-focused, with strong traditions of family, village respect, music, dance, and communal meals. Island life is beautiful but can be quiet and remote, with limited shopping, transport, and medical services compared with major cities. Employees should be comfortable with tropical weather, shared accommodation, and working weekends or extended shifts. Foreign nationals must obtain the appropriate Fiji work permit, normally supported by the employer; a visitor entry permit does not authorise employment. Candidates should confirm accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, salary, contract length, and repatriation terms before relocating. Tokoriki is generally reached by boat or resort transfer from the main island of Viti Levu.
