The Administration Team Coordinator will support the Endoscopy service by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate patient and departmental records, arranging appointments, preparing correspondence, managing telephone and email enquiries, and assisting clinicians and operational colleagues. Applicants are expected to have strong organisation, communication and customer-service skills, good attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic records systems. Previous NHS, hospital or medical administration experience is desirable, particularly in a busy outpatient or endoscopy environment. The successful candidate should work calmly under pressure, protect patient confidentiality, prioritise competing workloads, and contribute positively as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a fixed-term post covering maternity leave.

The United Kingdom offers varied employment opportunities in healthcare, administration, technology, engineering, education and professional services, with particularly large job markets in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh and Glasgow. British culture is diverse and generally values punctuality, personal space, politeness and clear workplace communication. Lifestyle options range from lively cities and historic towns to coastal areas and countryside, although housing and transport costs vary considerably. International applicants need permission to work before starting employment. A Skilled Worker visa requires an eligible occupation, an approved sponsor and meeting salary and English-language requirements; many routine administrative roles may not qualify for sponsorship, so applicants should check the specific vacancy and current government rules. Relocating also requires planning for accommodation, healthcare access, banking, taxation and transport. Bradford has relatively affordable housing compared with southern England and strong rail connections to Leeds, Manchester and other UK cities.
